{"id":7268,"date":"2024-01-11T18:44:04","date_gmt":"2024-01-12T00:44:04","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=7268"},"modified":"2024-01-11T18:44:05","modified_gmt":"2024-01-12T00:44:05","slug":"en-cordoba-buscan-capacitar-a-cafeticultores-con-taller-tostado-de-cafe-pdtejuanmtnez-aytocordobaver","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=7268","title":{"rendered":"En C\u00f3rdoba, buscan capacitar a cafeticultores con taller Tostado de Caf\u00e9 \/ @PdteJuanMtnez @AytoCordobaVer >>>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>#C\u00f3rdoba, #Ver.-<\/strong> Con la intenci\u00f3n de potenciar la zona cafetalera del municipio, tanto en calidad como en beneficios para el productor; la Jefatura de Programas e Inversiones invita a cafeticultores a capacitarse con el taller Tostado de Caf\u00e9 que impartir\u00e1 el Colegio de Postgraduados el pr\u00f3ximo jueves 18 de enero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Jefe de Programas e Inversiones, Guillermo Sacre Hazouri, indic\u00f3 que, se busca que el cafeticultor sea dotado de los conocimientos y beneficios que puede otorgar a su producci\u00f3n final de cosecha, con el proceso del tostado de caf\u00e9 a trav\u00e9s del cual se transforma por completo el grano verde, en tanto al sabor, la acidez y el cuerpo del mismo; comercializando su producci\u00f3n en grano tostado o molido, mejorando as\u00ed sus utilidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que el curso ser\u00e1 impartido a las 9:00 horas en las instalaciones del Colegio de Postgraduados, campus C\u00f3rdoba, por el Mtro. Luis A. Castillo Gonz\u00e1lez y el Ing. Edgardo Zalazar Marcial.
