{"id":6049,"date":"2023-07-25T17:47:23","date_gmt":"2023-07-25T23:47:23","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=6049"},"modified":"2023-07-25T17:47:24","modified_gmt":"2023-07-25T23:47:24","slug":"veracruz-cuenta-con-atlas-de-riesgo-de-acceso-libre-y-gratuito-pc-cuitlahuacgj-gobiernover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=6049","title":{"rendered":"Veracruz cuenta con Atlas de Riesgo de acceso libre y gratuito: PC \/ @CuitlahuacGJ @GobiernoVer >>>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>#GobiernoDeVeracruz.- <\/strong>El Atlas de Riesgos del Estado de Veracruz (AREV) ahora es una herramienta p\u00fablica y gratuita que permitir\u00e1 fortalecer las capacidades de prevenci\u00f3n, preparaci\u00f3n y respuesta ante los riesgos que pueden afectar a la poblaci\u00f3n e infraestructura en el estado, inform\u00f3 la Secretar\u00eda de Protecci\u00f3n Civil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El gobernador Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez y la titular de la dependencia Guadalupe Osorno Maldonado presentaron la plataforma que permitir\u00e1 que los municipios elaboren y actualicen sus atlas, al contar con datos organizados en un sistema amigable de C\u00f3digo Abierto MXSIG del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda, en el marco del Comit\u00e9 Estatal de Informaci\u00f3n Estad\u00edstica y Geogr\u00e1fica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se trata de una plataforma en servidor con 148 capas, cuyos ejes tem\u00e1ticos son l\u00edmites y poblaci\u00f3n, \u00edndices e indicadores, medio natural, hidrometeorol\u00f3gico, geol\u00f3gicos, sanitario, ecol\u00f3gicos, declaratorias de emergencias, qu\u00edmicos-tecnol\u00f3gicos, sistema expuesto, evaluaci\u00f3n y regulaci\u00f3n, socio-organizativo e infraestructura y equipamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En ese sentido, permite la b\u00fasqueda de lugares, la medici\u00f3n de distancias y \u00e1reas, la georreferenciaci\u00f3n de puntos, l\u00edneas y pol\u00edgonos, la descarga de informaci\u00f3n tabulada de capas espec\u00edficas, la importaci\u00f3n de archivos kml de Google Earth, adem\u00e1s de la localizaci\u00f3n de puntos espec\u00edficos por nombre, direcciones o coordenadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al respecto, el mandatario exhort\u00f3 a las 212 direcciones de PC municipal a usar la plataforma y retroalimentarla con informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica y reiter\u00f3 que su implementaci\u00f3n demuestra que \u201cno era necesario comprometer el erario para desarrollarla como s\u00ed lo hicieron otros gobiernos, por lo que ahora est\u00e1 disponible y seguir\u00e1 creciendo para uso de todos\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>#ElVeracruzanoVIP &#8211;
