{"id":3459,"date":"2022-09-16T17:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-09-16T22:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=3459"},"modified":"2022-09-16T10:30:39","modified_gmt":"2022-09-16T15:30:39","slug":"medalla-heberto-castillo-enaltece-la-contribucion-de-la-ciencia-y-la-tecnologia-a-la-justicia-social-en-veracruz-cuitlahuacgj-gobiernover","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=3459","title":{"rendered":"Medalla Heberto Castillo enaltece la contribuci\u00f3n de la ciencia y la tecnolog\u00eda a la justicia social en Veracruz \/ @CuitlahuacGJ @GobiernoVer >>>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>#Perote, #Ver<\/strong>.- En sesi\u00f3n solemne de la LXVI Legislatura del Congreso del Estado, el gobernador Cuitl\u00e1huac Garc\u00eda Jim\u00e9nez entreg\u00f3 la Medalla Heberto Castillo Mart\u00ednez 2022 al doctor H\u00e9ctor V\u00e1zquez Leal, reconocido por sus m\u00e9ritos en el \u00e1mbito de la Rob\u00f3tica y las Matem\u00e1ticas aplicadas a la Ingenier\u00eda y las Ciencias Biol\u00f3gicas y de la Salud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desde la Fortaleza de San Carlos, elegida como recinto provisional, el titular del Poder Ejecutivo record\u00f3 el ideal del ingeniero Heberto Castillo, quien con su obra cient\u00edfica escribi\u00f3 pasajes hist\u00f3ricos en el desarrollo de la sociedad y abri\u00f3 la puerta a oportunidades que con justicia tocan a todos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Al referirse a las particularidades del galardonado, se\u00f1al\u00f3 que proviene de Mart\u00ednez de la Torre, municipio con vocaci\u00f3n agr\u00edcola donde forj\u00f3 toda su educaci\u00f3n en instituciones p\u00fablicas y tuvo la fortaleza para convertir las deficiencias en retos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cMiren hasta donde ha llegado; pudiendo haberse ido por la experiencia acumulada regres\u00f3 a su alma m\u00e1ter, la Universidad Veracruzana; triple m\u00e9rito para la formaci\u00f3n que obtuvo.
