{"id":9261,"date":"2025-10-29T12:47:36","date_gmt":"2025-10-29T18:47:36","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=9261"},"modified":"2025-10-29T12:47:50","modified_gmt":"2025-10-29T18:47:50","slug":"claudia-sheinbaum-impulsa-la-creacion-de-centros-de-cuidado-infantil-para-fortalecer-la-autonomia-de-las-mujeres-claudiashein-gobiernomx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/elveracruzano.vip\/?p=9261","title":{"rendered":"Claudia Sheinbaum impulsa la creaci\u00f3n de Centros de Cuidado Infantil para fortalecer la autonom\u00eda de las mujeres\u00a0\/ @Claudiashein @GobiernoMX >>>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>En el marco del <strong>D\u00eda Internacional de los Cuidados y el Apoyo<\/strong>, el <strong>Gobierno de M\u00e9xico<\/strong>, a trav\u00e9s del <strong>Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social (IMSS)<\/strong>, anunci\u00f3 la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>200 Centros de Educaci\u00f3n y Cuidado Infantil (CECI)<\/strong> para el a\u00f1o <strong>2026<\/strong>, como parte de la meta de <strong>mil centros proyectados para 2030<\/strong>. De acuerdo con el informe oficial, ya se cuenta con <strong>150 terrenos validados<\/strong>, lo que representa un avance significativo dentro del <strong>Sistema Nacional de Cuidados<\/strong>, impulsado para garantizar el derecho al cuidado digno y accesible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante la conferencia matutina <strong>\u201cLas Ma\u00f1aneras del Pueblo\u201d<\/strong>, la <strong>Presidenta de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 la importancia de reconocer el papel hist\u00f3rico de las mujeres en las labores de cuidado, subrayando que \u201c<strong>el Estado debe asumir una parte de estas responsabilidades<\/strong>\u201d para fortalecer su <strong>autonom\u00eda econ\u00f3mica<\/strong>. Se\u00f1al\u00f3 que las guarder\u00edas del IMSS han sido fundamentales para que muchas mujeres pudieran incorporarse al trabajo, y reiter\u00f3 que la expansi\u00f3n del sistema busca brindarles la oportunidad de <strong>estudiar, trabajar y desarrollarse plenamente<\/strong>, si as\u00ed lo deciden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, el <strong>director general del IMSS, Zo\u00e9 Robledo Aburto<\/strong>, inform\u00f3 que para <strong>2030<\/strong> se prev\u00e9 la construcci\u00f3n de <strong>mil CECI<\/strong> distribuidos en <strong>507 municipios<\/strong>, con el objetivo de crear <strong>medio mill\u00f3n de espacios<\/strong> destinados a ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os de entre <strong>43 d\u00edas y tres a\u00f1os de edad<\/strong>. A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que en <strong>2027<\/strong> se edificar\u00e1n <strong>250 nuevos centros<\/strong>, mientras que entre <strong>2028 y 2030<\/strong> se construir\u00e1n <strong>200 m\u00e1s por a\u00f1o<\/strong>, consolidando un esfuerzo sostenido en favor de las <strong>madres trabajadoras<\/strong> y sus familias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Robledo detall\u00f3 que los nuevos centros se ubicar\u00e1n <strong>cerca de los centros laborales, de los Polos de Desarrollo Econ\u00f3mico para el Bienestar (PODECOBI)<\/strong> y de los <strong>desarrollos habitacionales del Infonavit<\/strong>. Entre los proyectos en marcha destac\u00f3 los avances en <strong>Ciudad Ju\u00e1rez, Chihuahua<\/strong>, donde el CECI de <strong>Paraje Oriente<\/strong> registra un <strong>66.5 %<\/strong>, <strong>Gladiolas<\/strong> un <strong>41.1 %<\/strong>, <strong>Sendero de San Isidro<\/strong> un <strong>46 %<\/strong>, <strong>Municipio Libre<\/strong> un <strong>8.4 %<\/strong> y <strong>Urbivilla El Cedro<\/strong> un <strong>5.6 %<\/strong>.
